Terms of Use

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the website.

Information only: not for safety-critical use

GodsView shows public and licensed data (such as aircraft positions, earthquakes, fires, weather, air quality and news) that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for navigation, aviation, emergency, safety, legal or financial decisions. Always follow official sources and emergency services. Answers from GodsView AI are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

GodsView Pro subscriptions

• Plans: GodsView Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by country.
• In the apps: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• On the website: payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time in your account and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. For billing questions email us.
• One account: Pro is tied to your GodsView account, so a plan bought on the website or in an app works everywhere you sign in.
• Changes: we may change prices or features of Pro with notice; price changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, harass or threaten others, post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, impersonate anyone, or share other people's private information.
• Do not use the Service to stalk or harm any person, or to target aircraft, vessels or infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the Service at scale, overload it, reverse-engineer it, or get around limits or paid features.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. To report content or a user, email us.

Third-party data and services

The Service includes data, maps, links and services from third parties, which are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party content.

App stores

If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and GodsView, not Apple or Google, and they are not responsible for the Service or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes and ending the Service

We may change, suspend or stop parts of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GodsView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
