Delete your GodsView AI account

Delete in the GodsView app (iPhone and Android)

• Open the app and sign in.
• Go to More → Account & Pro.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete on the website

• Sign in at godsviewai.com.
• Open your account settings.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my GodsView account". If you can no longer sign in, tell us your username. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile: name, username, email address and password.
• Your posts, replies, likes and messages to GodsView AI.
• Your saved places, alerts, watches, saved stories and news interests.
• Push notification tokens for your devices.

Your account is closed immediately, and this data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and tax records (for example invoices and subscription history) for as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years.
• Security and server logs for a limited time, up to 90 days, to protect the Service and prevent fraud.
• Records we must keep for legal claims or fraud prevention, only for as long as needed.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. A subscription bought on godsviewai.com is cancelled when the account is deleted.
