About GodsView AI
Last updated November 5, 2026
GodsView AI is a live map of the world: aircraft, ships, satellites, earthquakes, wildfires, storms, air quality, aurora, public cameras and breaking news on one globe, at godsviewai.com and in the GodsView AI iPhone app. The map is free; GodsView Plus and Pro add alerts, premium layers and analyst tools.
Who we are
GodsView AI was founded and is built by Jijo John. He writes the GodsView guides and checks each one against the original data providers before it is published.
What GodsView does
- Live map: flights, ships, satellites and hazards on one globe, updated from seconds to minutes depending on the source.
- City pages: earthquakes, air quality, aurora, space weather, weather warnings, wildfires, planes overhead and live cameras for thousands of cities, so you can check your own area quickly.
- Alerts: with GodsView Plus, push and email alerts for flights, places and topics you follow.
- World desk: breaking news and live event pages that bring the reporting, the map and the timeline together.
Where the data comes from
GodsView does not run its own sensors. It combines public and licensed sources and names them on each page, for example the OpenSky Network, adsb.lol and adsb.fi (aircraft), AIS feeds (ships), CelesTrak (satellites), USGS (earthquakes), NASA FIRMS (wildfires), NOAA SWPC (space weather and aurora), national weather agencies (warnings), Open-Meteo (weather and air quality) and public road agencies (cameras). The methodology page lists every source, how often it updates and its limits.
How we check our pages
- Every guide on the blog shows when it was published, updated and fact-checked, and links the sources it relies on.
- Comparison articles use each provider’s own pricing and feature pages, dated, and say where a competitor is the better choice.
- Live pages show when their data was last updated. When a source is down, the page says so instead of showing stale numbers as current.
Not for safety-critical use
GodsView is for awareness. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, so do not use it for navigation, aviation or emergency decisions. In an emergency, follow official warnings and local authorities. See the terms of use.
