Support and billing

• Account or app problems: email [email protected] with the email address on your account and, if you can, a screenshot.
• Subscriptions bought on the website: manage or cancel in your account. For refunds or billing questions, email us.
• Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app: Apple handles payment and refunds. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• Delete your account: in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the delete account page.

If a page, guide or event is wrong, email [email protected] with the link and what is wrong. Please include a source if you have one. Confirmed errors are fixed and significant corrections are noted on the page.
