Launches, starting near Cape Canaveral. Official webcasts remain the authority on timing; the map places each pad on the same globe as satellites and ships.
Trajectory sketches are illustrative. Hazard areas and range safety are set by the launch range. Click a launch to see its listing.
How to use this view
- Launch the map and scan the list in Data or on the map (launches are a Pro layer).
- Click a mission and read its NET (no earlier than) time.
- After launch, switch to satellites if you are following the payload.
Data source, update rate, and limits
Launch data comes from Launch Library 2. Times change often; the map shows the listing as of the latest update.
This is not a substitute for the launch provider’s webcast or the range. Holds and scrubs can happen after the latest update.
Questions
Is the countdown live?
The listed time updates when Launch Library 2 changes it. For live holds and recycles, follow the official webcast.
Can I see the trajectory?
When a path is available, yes. Treat it as an approximate sketch.
Why does the map open on Florida?
It is the busiest launch area. Vandenberg, Baikonur and other sites are a pan away.
Do you show booster landings?
Not as a dedicated feature. Some missions include extra geometry.
How does this relate to the ISS tracker?
After a crew or cargo launch, you can follow the ISS on the ISS tracker.
